Purley Youth Project juniors operates the following policy on its web site, to ensure the privacy and safety of its members.
Where members are named, only their first names are given; where a member is named, no photograph of that member is displayed; where a photograph is used which shows a member, no name is displayed.
By observing these points, the Club ensures that visitors to the web site cannot link images of members to names of members
When choosing photographs for the web site, the club is mindful of the way members may appear in them, and will not include images, which are in any way inappropriate, such as close-up portrait shots of individual members.
The club follows a policy of seeking parents' permission before using images, which show members on the web site.
